Every night computers download all the new properties for sale that were entered into the Real Estate Multiple Listing Service during the previous day. This information is usually available ONLY to real estate agents, but now it's available to you, free and with no obligation to me.  I call this system HOME DELIVERY.

If you want information on specific homes, in specific areas and price ranges, there is no faster way to obtain it. The computer does the work, delivering information on homes in areas you specify, daily, automatically, without having to talk to anyone.

First, I program my computer to research all the properties in the areas that you specify, with your basic requirements. Each morning the computer searches & automatically e-mails you brand new listings, as they come on the market.

HOME DELIVERY is so efficient, you will often have the information before other real estate agents. This enables you to get the best buys before other buyers even know these properties are for sale.

Most home buyers want information.  HOME DELIVERY gives you that information for free, without obligation.  I won't call you and try to talk you into looking at homes. In fact, you won't hear from me unless you contact me first.

When you receive the listing details, feel free to drive by the homes at your convenience.  If you want to see a home, call me and I'll set up a private showing. If you can't locate a property contact me and I will email or fax you a map (Note: There is a mapping feature included in the MLS information you receive, as well as additional photos, etc.).
